Seabreeze shares your sustainable principles, especially when it comes to helping you with your manufacturing. We can help you source the most eco-friendly fabrics possible from ethical suppliers, develop precision patterns that minimise fabric waste and support you with your own sustainability processes. We have our strong processes in place to minimise our waste and environmental impact, including energy and water saving measures, recycled boxes and packaging materials, and biodegradable courier packs for sending out samples and smaller orders.

The Process

Concept

If you have a sketched concept or a one-off sample to work from, we can collaborate with you to test out what will and won’t work, refining a final pattern that you can take into production.

Pattern Making

We have the skill and experience to turn your designs into precision working patterns, using modern CAD systems and our practical expertise to minimise waste and maximise quality.

Sampling

Have a new season collection to sell in, or fresh ideas to test out? We have a dedicated, expert sewing team who can work with you to produce the highest quality samples.

Production

We have the capability and capacity to produce apparel in high volumes at the highest quality, so you can manufacture right here in New Zealand. We can even manage the labelling, tagging and barcoding to ensure your production run is retail ready.
